The Calf to Calving Initiative has been developed to outline best practice from the minute a calf is born through to the point she should calve into the herd 24 months later.
Following on from our meeting in spring, we’d like to invite you back to the Pullin’s family farm to discuss:
- Evaluating your rearing – what are the strengths and weakness of your heifer rearing system?
- The economics – do you know your rearing costs?
- Milk powder calculator
- Final results from two years of monitoring national bulling weights and growth rates
This meeting is for: Anyone on farm responsible for youngstock rearing.
