  • Between May and June 2015 the North, Scotland, Ireland and the South East all saw a drop in milk price. However, the South, South West, Midlands and Wales each saw an increase on the month.
  • The average* milk price in June 2015 across all regions stood at 24.66ppl.
  • In June 2015, the South, South West and South East saw a decrease in daily yield compared with the previous month, all other regions saw an increase.
  • Between May and June 2015, butterfat percentage decreased across all regions except the South which saw an increase of 0.1 percentage points and the Midlands which remained static. The average* Butterfat level stood at 3.88 percentage points in June compared with an average of 3.91 percentage points in the previous month.
