Note: Malta data is included from the beginning of the 2014/15 milk year. Belgium data is estimated for March and April 2015 and Spain data is estimated for January to April 2015.

Butterfat

The average EU butterfat figure for April 2015 stood at 3.95%, marginally down by 0.04 percentage points on the month. There was an increase of 0.01 percentage points compared with April 2014.
