Archive: Leadership and Team Skills Development

AHDB is running a four day course (over 5 months), which challenges and further develops the skills and experience of current supervisors and team leaders enabling them to become more productive and effective in the work place.

The programme has been developed to be interactive with practical tasks been used throughout the course to test the theoretical work. Project work will be set between modules, all of which relate to your specific role and workplace. Successful completion of the course will lead to a nationally recognised qualification in leadership and team skills.

This programme is ideal for practicing team leaders, helping them become more effective and confident in their role. The course also supports new or aspiring team leaders – helping them make the transition from working in a team to leading a team.

This course is funded as part of the Rural Development Programme for England (RDPE) which is funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and DEFRA. Eligible beneficiaries are those working in primary production in Agriculture and Horticulture in England.
