Calf rearing best practice
Get your weighband and calf management booklet

The Calf to Calving Initiative, developed to outline best practice from the minute a calf is born through to the point she should calve into the herd 24 months later, takes special focus on the stand. You can also hear more on this topic from AHDB's Jenny Gibbons and Andy Dodd in the calf rearing demo area.

Additionally, a new calf management quiz has been developed to test your knowledge of calf rearing. Have a go and receive a weighband and calf management booklet.  Everyone who scores over 80% will be entered into a prize draw with the chance to win tickets to the January 2017 British Cattle Breeders Conference*.

*Full terms and conditions apply. Prize draw open to dairy levy payers and their employees only.
