AHDB Dairy at Royal Welsh Show
Published 13 July 15
The 2015 Royal Welsh Show, 20-23 July in Builth Wells promises to be another busy show with over 7,000 livestock entries from far and wide.
AHDB Dairy will be sharing a stand with the Dairy Development Centre (Stand L624) where there will be plenty of information to digest. AHDB Dairy Extension Officers Richard Davies, Gethin Owen, Jamie McCoy and James Hague, will be on the stand throughout the week to answer any dairy queries you may have.
A dedicated team of dairy specialists will also be able to guide you through the host of technical information that AHDB Dairy has to support your business development and help you meet current and future challenges.
AHDB Dairy will have a second stand at the show (Stand D333) promoting and encouraging the public to discover all about the realities of modern dairy farming.
This stand will feature dairy farming stories to raise awareness about the passion and commitment that goes into our glasses of milk, slices of cheese, pats of butter, pots of yogurt and scoops of ice cream. Members of the public will also be encouraged to play the quick-fire ‘Trust The Tractor’ game and take the #DairyPromise, all designed to help the public make more considered choices when picking dairy items from the shop shelf.
