This chapter gives information specifically related to the ventilation of building used to house dairy cows. Correct ventilation is extremely important to maintain air quality. Specific advice regarding outlet and inlet ventilation and roof design is provided in this chapter. A worked example of the calculation used for outlet area required is also explained.
